Partner Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the business relationship between PolicyBulls and registered Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), digital partners, and lending institutions.
1. Appointment & Scope of Engagement
Partners are authorized on a non-exclusive basis to source and refer eligible loan applicants to PolicyBulls in strict conformity with applicable RBI digital lending guidelines and ethical marketing standards.
2. Lead Quality and Anti-Fraud Warranty
The Partner covenants that all borrower leads, contact details, and financial declarations submitted through the partner portal or APIs are genuine, obtained with verifiable customer consent, and free from falsification or tampering.
3. Payout Calculation & Disbursements
Referral fees or commissions are calculated solely upon the successful disbursal of loans by the respective lending partner. Payouts are reconciled monthly and remitted post applicable statutory Tax Deducted at Source (TDS).
4. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Partners must preserve the strict confidentiality of prospective borrower records and proprietary platform algorithms. Sharing, renting, or repurposing borrower data for unsolicited cross-selling is strictly prohibited.
