Refund Policy

At Policybulls, we strive to provide transparent, efficient, and value-driven services for loan assistance, credit improvement, and insurance advisory. Since our services involve personalized consultation, processing, and backend coordination with financial institutions, we maintain the following refund policy:

1. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once initiated:

  • Loan application processing fee
  • Credit score improvement consultation
  • Document verification and onboarding services
  • Insurance advisory or policy setup charges
  • Client is cancelling loan process and financer is doing loan

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered in the following rare situations:

  • Duplicate payment made due to a technical error (proof of both transactions is required)
  • Service not delivered at all due to our internal failure (not applicable if the customer is non-responsive or fails to provide required documents)

3. Request Process

To initiate a refund request, please contact us within 3 days of payment at support@policybulls.com with the following details:

  • Your full name and contact number
  • Payment transaction ID or receipt
  • Reason for the refund request

We reserve the right to approve or reject the refund request based on the nature of the service delivered.

4. Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original mode of payment.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly for any concerns. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may lead to permanent account suspension from Policybulls services.
